Perseus MIL grade DC compact fan is one of Perseus' best products. Just like rotor and spring, the stator also is an important part of an excellent fan. The stator is the main component of electro generated magnetic field, and the permanent magnet in the rotor constitute the rotating magnetic field, so as to make the fan rotate. When the rotor rotates, the magnetic pole position of Nd-Fe-B magnetic ring changes. The HALL sensor on the foot tip of PCB can control the output (high or low level of driving chip on PCB) by sensing the position of Nd-Fe-B magnetic ring, and then control the MOS tube to open or close, so as to control the current and current direction on the enameled copper wire wrapped on the silicon steel sheet. The stator of Perseus MIL grade DC fan is sophisticated but highly functional.
