Precision Manufacturing and Metrology
Impellers, housings, and structural components can be produced from high-strength aluminum alloys such as 7075 where the application requires stiffness, corrosion resistance, and weight control. Dimensional verification with coordinate measuring equipment supports checks on impeller geometry, housing bore concentricity, mounting interfaces, and bearing-fit dimensions.
Dynamic Balancing and Unit Verification
Residual imbalance creates centrifugal force that is transmitted into the host structure and accelerates bearing wear. Dynamic balancing to an appropriate ISO 1940 or ISO 21940 quality grade reduces this vibration source before assembly.
